The Welsh team developed a Generic tumour staging archetype that better reflected that 'registry perspective'. It was an Evaluation because in their workflow Staging was actually evaluated seperately from Diagnosis. My preference would be to use Cluster and put it inside an Evaluation wrapper. In our case, we need to represent long infusions where a bolus is given at the beginning of the infusion. For example, an ad-hoc mixture with a total volume of 200 ml, where the first 40 ml are administered as a bolus within 3 minutes, and the remaining solution is given over the next 27 minutes. In our source system, the bolus rate is represented as volume over duration. Is it possible to represent this with the current archetypes, and am I perhaps missing an existing modelling option? Or is this currently not supported?
