ARCHETYPE Report (openEHR-EHR-COMPOSITION.report.v1)

ARCHETYPE IDopenEHR-EHR-COMPOSITION.report.v1
ConceptReport
DescriptionDocument to communicate information to others, commonly in response to a request from another party.
UseUse as a generic archetype to carry information that needs to be shared with others, where no specialised archetype for a specific report type exists. Common use cases are: documenting a response to a request for information; the outcome of testing; activities that have been performed; or events that have occurred. The main Sections/Content component has been deliberately left unconstrained. This will allow it to be populated with any SECTION or ENTRY archetypes appropriate for the clinical purpose within a template.
PurposeGeneric container archetype to carry information that needs to be shared with others.
