| Misuse | Not to be used to record the result of a test carried out in a laboratory or point of care test (POCT) setting - use the OBSERVATION.laboratory_test_result archetype for this purpose. |

The name may sometimes include specimen type and/or patient state, such as 'Fasting glucometer blood sugar' or 'Oral COVID-19 RAT'.
