ARCHETYPE Examination of a blastocyst (openEHR-EHR-CLUSTER.exam_blastocyst.v0)

ARCHETYPE IDopenEHR-EHR-CLUSTER.exam_blastocyst.v0
ConceptExamination of a blastocyst
DescriptionMorphological findings obtained by microscopy of the human blastocyst during assisted reproduction treatment.
UseUse to record morphological observations of the human blastocyst during assisted reproduction treatment. This archetype has been specifically designed to be used in the 'Observations detail' SLOT within the 'OBSERVATION.embryo' or 'ACTION.procedure' archetype, but can also be used within other ENTRY or CLUSTER archetypes, where clinically appropriate.
MisuseNot to be used for recording observations on oocytes, zygotes and cleavage stage embryos - use specific CLUSTER archetypes for this purpose.
PurposeTo record structured observations of the human blastocyst during assisted reproduction treatment.
