DescriptionDetails about a specific trip or travel event.
UseUse to record details about a specific trip or travel event. If recording a travel history for an infectious disease contact, the 'subject of care' in the reference model should be recorded as the contact, not the individual who is the subject of care in the health record or assessment.
MisuseNot to be used as a detailed contact tracing record, which may require much more detail.
PurposeTo record details about a specific trip or travel event, especially for the purposes of public health management.
