DescriptionA tool used to assess and document the quality of bowel cleanliness during colonoscopy.
UseUse to record the the quality of bowel cleanliness during colonoscopy. If a segment of the colon is surgically absent or not seen for reasons unrelated to prep, such as technical difficulties or patient instability, then use the null flavor “Not Applicable”.
PurposeTo record the the quality of bowel cleanliness during colonoscopy.
