ARCHETYPE Bishop score (openEHR-EHR-OBSERVATION.bishop_score.v0)

ARCHETYPE IDopenEHR-EHR-OBSERVATION.bishop_score.v0
ConceptBishop score
DescriptionAssessment of readiness of the cervix in anticipation of induction of labour.
UseUse to record the Bishop Score findings on vaginal examination of a pregnant woman.
MisuseNot to be used to record the findings of physical examination of the vagina and cervix. Use the CLUSTER.exam-palpation-cervix for this purpose.
PurposeTo record the Bishop Score findings on vaginal examination of a pregnant woman.
